The five-story hotel is modern in design from the outside, and offers lovely views of the West Prong Little Pigeon River from upper levels. Compared to most budget hotels, Pigeon River Inn has created a sociable scene in their contemporary lobby which is spacious and filled with a few contemporary seating areas placed next to large floor-to-ceiling windows and a cozy gas fireplace. Off the lobby is a small breakfast room, plain in design with tiled floors and chain-like tables and chairs. It can sometimes get a bit crowded there in the mornings.
