          Went there ona recommendation from Fergusons, asa last resort tofind amotor for 30year old bathroomfan, nomodel numbers towork with!!
          Jesus did some excellent research and came upwith the exact motor. There are good guys inthis land ofours and then there are some really exceptional ones. Thank you Grainger team!!

                  Why dothey always ask for first and last name, company, account number before asking what you need just totell you it’s not instock. They don’t seem tohave any concept oftime and urgency. And why can’t Icall mylocal store directly. It’s like dealing with agovernment agency.

                      Long story.
                      Air conditioning failed onthe hottest day inAugust. 2020
                      There was aback wait of4—6weeks for any service technicians todiagnose the problem. Called atleast 10different places asking for part#..... noone had the part insock. Those who had the part refused sell tothe public with out a”....” account

                      Long story short every A/C & heating company wanted 300—400$ toreplace anA/C capacitor.
                      This place sells tothe general public and had the part Ineeded instock.
                      Saved meh

                      undreds ofdollars and gallons ofsweat.
                      Thankyou!

                      (Yes, the system was inspected and refilled toproper specifications after the capacitor was replaced bycertified technician)

                            Carlos from the San Diego location went above and beyond tohelpme. Iam adisabled veteran and recently purchased apedestalfan. After attempting toassemble itin mygarage Ihit animpasse atan assembly point due tomy disability. Icalled Grainger toarrange areturn with nohope ofbeing able toget afan like this for mygarage since noone has them assembled. Carlos volunteered tocome tomy house and assemble itforme. Heeven brought another unit incase wehad adefect inthe initial unit purchased. Carlos professionally assembled the fan and testedit. Thank you Carlos and Grainger!– show

                                Had decent experience with this location for years but atthis time ofCOVID-19this company like many others are charging $100+ for acase of12Lysol aerosol cans!!!! Goto Home Depot and get the same exact thing for $60± afew bucks…
